My wife was finding it difficult to find shoes that fit her now wider foot. I had a look on your website and showed her the Olivia Sandals, which she liked. I bought them in black for her and they were delivered promptly. She tried them and they fitted wonderfully. She likes the variable adjustments that can be made. I bought her another pair in beige in a slightly smaller size, which also fit well. I'll keep Hotter Shoes in mind for future purchases.

The footwear is supposedly checked before they are sent out. First pair arrived with ingrained black speckled marks on the side of one of the soles. Not acceptable. Sent back. Second pair arrived with a pin hole/black mark on the front leather. I have kept them. It costs me each time to sent them back. I am unfairly charged. Its not my fault. You send out imperfect goods. I am not totally impressed with the goods or the outcome of my email enquiry or the call to the call centre in South Africa. Wont buy from a hotter catalogue again in a hurry. How ridiculously time consuming having to scroll down to find the UK (below)

Which fitting is right for you?

Standard fit

This is the most common fitting within our collection. If you usually buy a standard fit when buying footwear, we recommend trying this fit, otherwise known as a ‘D’ fit for women and ‘F-G’ for men.

Wide fit

Our second biggest fitting, perfect for those who want a little more room in their shoes. This fitting is otherwise known as a ‘E-EE’ fit for women and ‘G-H’ for men.

Extra Wide fit

This is the broadest of all our fittings, giving your feet extra room in your shoes to help you stay comfortable. This fitting is otherwise known as a ‘EEE’ fit for women.

Dual fit

This means the shoe will have a 2mm foam removable insole underneath its top insole, which when removed helps to offer a roomier fit.

There is no such thing as the perfect foot, but there might just be such a thing as the perfect fit.
