Such lovely shoes Olivia are. Comfortable height, excellent fit and very comfy altogether. The colour cream looks very classy and goes with my skirts and dresses.

Too small even with adjustments. Bought in sale and next size up not available. Do not have a hotter shop near enough. Been a regular customer of hotter for years and use to be free returns. However now £2.49 return plus paying £4.50 delivery charge meant lost £6.99. I know times are tough but id say be prepared to lose money if no other sizes or types of shoes you want in stock. It's a shame they are lovely shoes but for my budget need to look at cheaper delivery options and returns. Eg if you pay a little bit more for return option with pavers it's cheaper when shoes don't fit.

Which fitting is right for you?

Standard fit

This is the most common fitting within our collection. If you usually buy a standard fit when buying footwear, we recommend trying this fit, otherwise known as a ‘D’ fit for women and ‘F-G’ for men.

Wide fit

Our second biggest fitting, perfect for those who want a little more room in their shoes. This fitting is otherwise known as a ‘E-EE’ fit for women and ‘G-H’ for men.

Extra Wide fit

This is the broadest of all our fittings, giving your feet extra room in your shoes to help you stay comfortable. This fitting is otherwise known as a ‘EEE’ fit for women.

Dual fit

This means the shoe will have a 2mm foam removable insole underneath its top insole, which when removed helps to offer a roomier fit.

There is no such thing as the perfect foot, but there might just be such a thing as the perfect fit.
