Whilst standing place your feet on a plain piece of A4 paper, making sure you’re looking forward.
Mark a mark level with the end of your largest toe, and another level with the back of your heel.
Make a note of the distance between the two marks, in mm. Measure this a few times for accuracy.
To find your width, place a soft tape measure under the widest part of your foot, wrapping around the top of the foot. You will notice this will be at an angle.
When measuring width, please note you won’t be measuring straight around the foot as both joints will be at different points. Make a note of your width measurement in mm.
Repeat all steps for both feet, in the morning and afternoon, and take an average of the final measurement.
