I returned these trainers as I found them very heavy. I have numerous pairs of hotter shoes but these didn’t meet my needs. I will have a look in their catalogue for a lighter type of footwear.

The cost of postage of footwear being delivered and then paying to return items has to be considered when reordering.

Very dissapointed, had hotter before and been very pleased. Ordered two sizes the one that fitted best the size 5 had a damaged tongue. Seemed as edging on tongue was broken and hard piece of plastic sticking out which dug into foot so painful to wear trainer. Kept the larger size a little big but will do. Thing is with hotter you expect them to be good not just will do. Needed for holiday so difficult to return and re order. Has put me off ordering on line again as your quality control is slack. I know they were reduced but will try to find shop next time

Which fitting is right for you?

Standard fit

This is the most common fitting within our collection. If you usually buy a standard fit when buying footwear, we recommend trying this fit, otherwise known as a ‘D’ fit for women and ‘F-G’ for men.

Wide fit

Our second biggest fitting, perfect for those who want a little more room in their shoes. This fitting is otherwise known as a ‘E-EE’ fit for women and ‘G-H’ for men.

Extra Wide fit

This is the broadest of all our fittings, giving your feet extra room in your shoes to help you stay comfortable. This fitting is otherwise known as a ‘EEE’ fit for women.

Dual fit

This means the shoe will have a 2mm foam removable insole underneath its top insole, which when removed helps to offer a roomier fit.

There is no such thing as the perfect foot, but there might just be such a thing as the perfect fit.
