These shoes were approx 1cm longer than the Leanne’s I’m wearing so I returned them for an exchange which they received 3/9/26 on the 10/9/26 I then received an email saying a refund of 47.20 was being processed allow up to 10 days I’m still waiting for this refund.
What has upset me the most is the shoes were sent free postage but I have had £10 deducted for a return. I was expecting an exchange. I’ve shopped with hotter for 30 years but I have no confidence in the product and the customer service.

Freefo If you could help with getting my refund I’d appreciate it. I’d have rather not given out any stars. I bought the shoes on the 17th aug so hotter has been sitting with my money for a month now

Bought these on offer in the light grey in extra wide - pleased to find they fit my very wide feet - they are definitely a light weight trainer for wearing out shopping etc - not for heavy duty walking. However perfect for a day out as we move to autumn and will be very useful in the spring/summer

Prompt arrival, which is lovey. They're very comfortable to wear, and it's brilliant to be able to find shoes in half sizes too. That's definately a plus for me as most shoe shops don't have them anymore. I would highly reccommend Hotter footwear. They are very well made, obviously they use good quality materials from start to finish. Brilliant shoes to have for any occasion.

Which fitting is right for you?

Standard fit

This is the most common fitting within our collection. If you usually buy a standard fit when buying footwear, we recommend trying this fit, otherwise known as a ‘D’ fit for women and ‘F-G’ for men.

Wide fit

Our second biggest fitting, perfect for those who want a little more room in their shoes. This fitting is otherwise known as a ‘E-EE’ fit for women and ‘G-H’ for men.

Extra Wide fit

This is the broadest of all our fittings, giving your feet extra room in your shoes to help you stay comfortable. This fitting is otherwise known as a ‘EEE’ fit for women.

Dual fit

This means the shoe will have a 2mm foam removable insole underneath its top insole, which when removed helps to offer a roomier fit.

There is no such thing as the perfect foot, but there might just be such a thing as the perfect fit.
