I’ve been delighted to find many extra wide size Hotter shoes actually fit me! Unfortunately had to send these back because the entrance where Ineeded to put my foot into was too narrow. Could not even put them on! There is some elastic built into the shoes on each side. I guess that’s designed to allow the entrance where you put your foot to expand. I don’t have exceptionally weak hands, for my age, but my hands were not strong enough to stretch the entrance for my foot to a wider shape. Could not even get them on! Disappointing.

Which fitting is right for you?

Standard fit

This is the most common fitting within our collection. If you usually buy a standard fit when buying footwear, we recommend trying this fit, otherwise known as a ‘D’ fit for women and ‘F-G’ for men.

Wide fit

Our second biggest fitting, perfect for those who want a little more room in their shoes. This fitting is otherwise known as a ‘E-EE’ fit for women and ‘G-H’ for men.

Extra Wide fit

This is the broadest of all our fittings, giving your feet extra room in your shoes to help you stay comfortable. This fitting is otherwise known as a ‘EEE’ fit for women.

Dual fit

This means the shoe will have a 2mm foam removable insole underneath its top insole, which when removed helps to offer a roomier fit.

There is no such thing as the perfect foot, but there might just be such a thing as the perfect fit.
