Ordered shoes and they arrived, but not wide fit as expected. Sent them back and not only did i lose money on the delivery to me, the company then charged me to send them back. Making me out of pocket for using their company. What is to stop all companies online from sending out incorrect products and then making profit out of clients on postage when they are sent back. Will never order shoes online or use hotter shoes again. I will also leave this as a google review to warn others.

They are my go to shoe. I never have to ‘wear them in’. Straight on and no issues ever! I’ve had green, black and now blue. Two pairs on the go so I can chop and change. I now opt for the wider fit. Can honestly say how many pairs I’ve had over the years. 🙂🙂

Which fitting is right for you?

Standard fit

This is the most common fitting within our collection. If you usually buy a standard fit when buying footwear, we recommend trying this fit, otherwise known as a ‘D’ fit for women and ‘F-G’ for men.

Wide fit

Our second biggest fitting, perfect for those who want a little more room in their shoes. This fitting is otherwise known as a ‘E-EE’ fit for women and ‘G-H’ for men.

Extra Wide fit

This is the broadest of all our fittings, giving your feet extra room in your shoes to help you stay comfortable. This fitting is otherwise known as a ‘EEE’ fit for women.

Dual fit

This means the shoe will have a 2mm foam removable insole underneath its top insole, which when removed helps to offer a roomier fit.

There is no such thing as the perfect foot, but there might just be such a thing as the perfect fit.
