I have wide feet and was pleased to be able to order these in my size.
If you have wide feet it is not normally just across the toes but all over.
The shoes has plenty of adjustable straps across the toes. HOWEVER the strap across the arch was not as generous. To get the grip straps to close and to feel secure also meant that the strap was far too tight and left dents in my feet.
Surely all straps need to be longe in a wide fit shoes?
I returned them and made the same comments. I have received a refund.
How. Any other pairs have been returned because of the short strap?
Apart from this the rest of the shoes are absolutely fine
Who else has had this problem?

Which fitting is right for you?

Standard fit

This is the most common fitting within our collection. If you usually buy a standard fit when buying footwear, we recommend trying this fit, otherwise known as a ‘D’ fit for women and ‘F-G’ for men.

Wide fit

Our second biggest fitting, perfect for those who want a little more room in their shoes. This fitting is otherwise known as a ‘E-EE’ fit for women and ‘G-H’ for men.

Extra Wide fit

This is the broadest of all our fittings, giving your feet extra room in your shoes to help you stay comfortable. This fitting is otherwise known as a ‘EEE’ fit for women.

Dual fit

This means the shoe will have a 2mm foam removable insole underneath its top insole, which when removed helps to offer a roomier fit.

There is no such thing as the perfect foot, but there might just be such a thing as the perfect fit.
