I had to return my shoes due to a defect. It took almost three weeks for a refund, which only happened after chasing by phone. I was then charged for my original postage cost and the return fee which is against consumer rights here in the UK when there is a fault with the item.
I cannot comment on the long term comfort and durability of the shoes as I haven't had a pair long enough.
I really wanted to like this company as I have difficult feet in a wide fit and half size and was pleased to find a style that wasn't completely hideous, but I found the customer service very disappointing.
