Faulty zips would not open let alone close. when returned as faulty it took 2 weeks to refund, then they took a further £8! When I queried that shoes were faulty, they then quickly refunded the whole purchase price.

If a customer receives an item and feels it is faulty, we ask the customer to contact us immediately, to enable us to resolve the issue promptly. Please be aware, if a customer makes any adjustments or alterations to an item, any warranty or guarantee is void.
