These boots were advertised as a wide fitting but I'm sure they were no wider than a standard shoe. Hotter shoes are usually good for a wider fit but these looked narrow and when tried on, really disappointed. My feet are not hugely wide and I have never had a problem before. It just looked and felt like no effort had been made to actually make the boots for a wider foot. And what is worse Is that I had to pay to return something that did not match the description of a wide fit.

I had to order 2 sizes up from my normal size but Hotter very patiently sent me boots until they fitted and look very nice and are comfortable.Excellent service.

Which fitting is right for you?

Standard fit

This is the most common fitting within our collection. If you usually buy a standard fit when buying footwear, we recommend trying this fit, otherwise known as a ‘D’ fit for women and ‘F-G’ for men.

Wide fit

Our second biggest fitting, perfect for those who want a little more room in their shoes. This fitting is otherwise known as a ‘E-EE’ fit for women and ‘G-H’ for men.

Extra Wide fit

This is the broadest of all our fittings, giving your feet extra room in your shoes to help you stay comfortable. This fitting is otherwise known as a ‘EEE’ fit for women.

Dual fit

This means the shoe will have a 2mm foam removable insole underneath its top insole, which when removed helps to offer a roomier fit.

There is no such thing as the perfect foot, but there might just be such a thing as the perfect fit.
