The style of the boots looked loose around the ankle but they were still too tight for me. I sent them back within 14 days clearly indicating they were not suitable. The refund was processed minus the std return fee. What really annoyed me was I was told it was not company policy to refund the original P&P. I argued this under distance selling regulations and eventually I was refunded a further £4.50. I feel this should not have been necessary as I clearly returned them within 24 days

Which fitting is right for you?

Standard fit

This is the most common fitting within our collection. If you usually buy a standard fit when buying footwear, we recommend trying this fit, otherwise known as a ‘D’ fit for women and ‘F-G’ for men.

Wide fit

Our second biggest fitting, perfect for those who want a little more room in their shoes. This fitting is otherwise known as a ‘E-EE’ fit for women and ‘G-H’ for men.

Extra Wide fit

This is the broadest of all our fittings, giving your feet extra room in your shoes to help you stay comfortable. This fitting is otherwise known as a ‘EEE’ fit for women.

Dual fit

This means the shoe will have a 2mm foam removable insole underneath its top insole, which when removed helps to offer a roomier fit.

There is no such thing as the perfect foot, but there might just be such a thing as the perfect fit.
