I purchased a pair of Fearne 11 shoes on March 30th in the new dark red colour. I have had several pairs of Fearne shoes before. They are comfortable as expected though this leather is a bit stiffer. The laces are a little bit short in my view unless you want them tight but they are manageable. My major complaint however is that at the time of purchase there was no indication online that they were not actually available due to production issues. They finally arrived on May 16th after the date was put back several times. Hotter of course took my money on March 30th and although I have had a couple of emails apologising they have not offered any financial compensation. I rang Customer Services after the date was put back for the second time - but I was unable to get an explanation - nor at that point any guarantee that the date of May 25th for availability would hold - indeed I was told they would likely be dispatched 3/4 days AFTER that date. In the event they were delivered unexpectedly on May 16th. I am really disappointed in this company now. I know they are now under new management but they definitely feel less reliable and Customer Services are not as helpful as they once were. I would suggest that if your supply chain is not reliable you refrain from taking the money out of people’s bank accounts until the item is dispatched.

Comfortable shoe, already have one in different colour. Needed a navy one so was pleased to find a pair online.

Which fitting is right for you?

Standard fit

This is the most common fitting within our collection. If you usually buy a standard fit when buying footwear, we recommend trying this fit, otherwise known as a ‘D’ fit for women and ‘F-G’ for men.

Wide fit

Our second biggest fitting, perfect for those who want a little more room in their shoes. This fitting is otherwise known as a ‘E-EE’ fit for women and ‘G-H’ for men.

Extra Wide fit

This is the broadest of all our fittings, giving your feet extra room in your shoes to help you stay comfortable. This fitting is otherwise known as a ‘EEE’ fit for women.

Dual fit

This means the shoe will have a 2mm foam removable insole underneath its top insole, which when removed helps to offer a roomier fit.

There is no such thing as the perfect foot, but there might just be such a thing as the perfect fit.
