I received these sandals but decided I needed a wider fitting so followed the instructions for returning filling in the details for a different fitting which i understood was free of charge. I then received an e-mail telling me you had processed a refund charging me £2.95 for returns. When i complained you told me I would have to reorder which I have no intension of doing until i am sure I have received the money. Very disappointing after years of excellent service.
