I bought these at the end of July. Part of the thick straps of the sandals has split and white cord has come out. I have called Hotter who advised to email or post the sandals in. I have emailed in with photos and am still awaiting a reply - so at the moment I am not impressed that my £80 (!!) sandals developed a fault within about 6 weeks of having them and I haven't had a response. I really expect better after spending such a large amount on sandals - so far I've had better from M&S for half the price in the past.

Which fitting is right for you?

Standard fit

This is the most common fitting within our collection. If you usually buy a standard fit when buying footwear, we recommend trying this fit, otherwise known as a ‘D’ fit for women and ‘F-G’ for men.

Wide fit

Our second biggest fitting, perfect for those who want a little more room in their shoes. This fitting is otherwise known as a ‘E-EE’ fit for women.

Extra Wide fit

This is the broadest of all our fittings, giving your feet extra room in your shoes to help you stay comfortable. This fitting is otherwise known as a ‘EEE’ fit for women.

Dual fit

This means the shoe will have a 2mm foam removable insole underneath its top insole, which when removed helps to offer a roomier fit.

There is no such thing as the perfect foot, but there might just be such a thing as the perfect fit.
