Lovely looking shoes but tried the 5 which were much too big and exchanged for a 4.5 but these were too wide. I sent these back and got a size 4 but these were just a little small in length. Downside of using Hotter is you pay for the delivery and then the return postage price is deducted from the refund so it makes using Hotter expensive. If they had free returns I would buy more from them.

Shoes too rigid and narrow for standard size. Strap buckle difficult to thread strap through. Returned shoes via post office. Took a long time for returned item to be processed and even longer for credit refund to be transferred to my bank account.

Which fitting is right for you?

Standard fit

This is the most common fitting within our collection. If you usually buy a standard fit when buying footwear, we recommend trying this fit, otherwise known as a ‘D’ fit for women and ‘F-G’ for men.

Wide fit

Our second biggest fitting, perfect for those who want a little more room in their shoes. This fitting is otherwise known as a ‘E-EE’ fit for women and ‘G-H’ for men.

Extra Wide fit

This is the broadest of all our fittings, giving your feet extra room in your shoes to help you stay comfortable. This fitting is otherwise known as a ‘EEE’ fit for women.

Dual fit

This means the shoe will have a 2mm foam removable insole underneath its top insole, which when removed helps to offer a roomier fit.

There is no such thing as the perfect foot, but there might just be such a thing as the perfect fit.
