A very long palaver! Received a box containing a blue left trainer and a grey right trainer one week after placing order. Phoned up Hotter, informed them and sent box with odd shoes back on the day they'd arrived, with request that I be sent a pair of the grey as asked for. 2 weeks later no sign, so phoned up...they didn't know if they'd received them! Promised to chase it. One week later again no sign so phoned again and they said they would send a pair pronto especially as it wasn't my fault in the first place. One week later, still no sign so phoned up and they offered to send me a blue pair. Cancelled the order and still to check to see if I've received my money back. Sorry Hotter, used to like you and have bought a lot over the years, but won't be doing so again I don't think.

Which fitting is right for you?

Standard fit

This is the most common fitting within our collection. If you usually buy a standard fit when buying footwear, we recommend trying this fit, otherwise known as a ‘D’ fit for women and ‘F-G’ for men.

Wide fit

Our second biggest fitting, perfect for those who want a little more room in their shoes. This fitting is otherwise known as a ‘E-EE’ fit for women.

Extra Wide fit

This is the broadest of all our fittings, giving your feet extra room in your shoes to help you stay comfortable. This fitting is otherwise known as a ‘EEE’ fit for women.

Dual fit

This means the shoe will have a 2mm foam removable insole underneath its top insole, which when removed helps to offer a roomier fit.

There is no such thing as the perfect foot, but there might just be such a thing as the perfect fit.
