WHERE DO YOU DELIVER TO?

We can deliver to any address within the UK. Alternatively, you can have your order delivered to any of our Hotter stores using our Click and Collect service.

DELIVERY WITHIN THE UK

After placing an order you will receive all in stock UK orders within 3-4 working days using Royal Mail. This standard delivery service applies on orders placed Monday to Saturday (excluding Bank Holidays) to UK mainland addresses. Free standard delivery is automatically applied to all orders over £120.

If an item from your order is out of stock at the time of processing, then you may receive your order in multiple deliveries. Please note that our delivery service may be affected over bank holidays and during sale periods.

DO YOU OFFER NEXT DAY DELIVERY?

Place your order before 3pm Monday - Friday for priority shipping within the UK. This service is available on any in stock item at a price of £6.95 per order.

Orders placed by 3pm Monday - Friday will be delivered the next day.. There are no deliveries on Sundays or Bank Holidays.

.Please note that our delivery service may be affected over bank holidays and during sale periods. All delivery times are approximate and are not guaranteed. We will endeavour to get your items delivered within the timescales quoted.

Where an item is ordered but not in stock (pre-order), this will be posted using our standard delivery service when the item becomes available for despatch.

DO YOU DELIVER TO THE CHANNEL ISLANDS, THE ISLES OF SCILLY AND THE ISLE OF MAN?

Yes, however geographical location and postal carrier availability can restrict our service, and items may take a little longer to arrive.

Goods delivered to the Channel Islands* may be liable for Customs duties in accordance with the Channel Islands import rules. The recipient of the goods, who may not be the person who has ordered them, will receive a separate request for payment of these charges.

As we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be, we are sorry that we are not able to offer any assistance on these processes. We would advise that you check the imports charges applicable before ordering goods.

We’re sorry that we can’t deduct VAT from orders being sent to the Channel Islands. Customers based in Jersey and purchasing goods through our website will be subject to the Jersy Goods and Services Tax (GST), replacing UK VAT,

Please note: we do not offer a pre-paid or free returns service from the Channel Isles, and the cost of returning goods is the responsibility of the sender.

CAN I REQUEST A SPECIFIC TIME OF DAY FOR DELIVERY?

Unfortunately we are unable to offer this service. However if you have provided us with your email address we will let you know on the day when you can expect to receive your parcel within a 4 hour window.

WHAT HAPPENS IF I'M OUT WHEN ROYAL MAIL CALLS?

If your delivery has been attempted by Royal Mail, the parcel may be left in a secure location at your property, with a neighbour, or they may have taken the parcel back to the depot. In any of these cases Royal Mail will have left a card advising you that they have attempted delivery and what you need to do next. If your parcel is taken back to the depot, it will be held for a maximum of 18 days whilst you arrange re-delivery or collection.

HOW WE PROTECT YOUR PERSONAL DATA

We know how much data security matters to all our customers. We will treat your data with the utmost care and take all appropriate steps to protect it. We secure access to all transactional areas of our websites and apps using ‘https’ technology. Access to your personal data is password-protected, and sensitive data (such as payment card information) is secured and encrypted to ensure it is protected. We regularly monitor our system for possible vulnerabilities and attacks, and we carry out testing to identify ways to further strengthen security.

CAN I HAVE ONE PART OF MY ORDER SENT TO MY HOME ADDRESS AND THE OTHER PART SENT TO ANOTHER ADDRESS?

Unfortunately, we can't accommodate this request. If two delivery addresses are required, then the purchases need to be placed as two separate orders.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

We are not able to accept orders at present for delivery outside of the UK.

CLICK AND COLLECT

CAN I HAVE MY ORDER DELIVERED TO A HOTTER STORE?

Click & Collect is available to our stores, please allow 10 days for the order to be available to be collected. You will be notified by email when your order is ready to be collected. Please bring a copy of the email and proof of ID.

HOW DO I FIND MY LOCAL HOTTER STORE?
