They fitted very well and I could walk in them easy to get on and off. Very good for me being disabled. Style just seemed to suit my need would be nice in other colours.

on the front of the shoe they come too close to where the leg meets the foot making it uncomfortable to walk. Too tight all over so had to take the insole out, but then the shoe was too roomy and the leather creased and dug in to the toes and slipped off at the heel.
I always have a Hotter 5 and half but hoped by having a removeable insole it would be ok, but unfortunately no. Not enough shoes are in half sizes now.
Have to pay p & p for delivery and returns is too expensive, we need to have more shops in high streets, I don't drive so cant get to any that are still around.
Am still waiting for refund the shoes were delivered to you on the 7th August,
this is really far too long, can't order anything else till I receive refund.
A very unhappy customer.

Which fitting is right for you?

Standard fit

This is the most common fitting within our collection. If you usually buy a standard fit when buying footwear, we recommend trying this fit, otherwise known as a ‘D’ fit for women and ‘F-G’ for men.

Wide fit

Our second biggest fitting, perfect for those who want a little more room in their shoes. This fitting is otherwise known as a ‘E-EE’ fit for women.

Extra Wide fit

This is the broadest of all our fittings, giving your feet extra room in your shoes to help you stay comfortable. This fitting is otherwise known as a ‘EEE’ fit for women.

Dual fit

This means the shoe will have a 2mm foam removable insole underneath its top insole, which when removed helps to offer a roomier fit.

There is no such thing as the perfect foot, but there might just be such a thing as the perfect fit.
