It took a phone call to the office and the purchase of three pairs of sandals to find a pair that worked for me.
I was surprised that the office had no more info than is available on the website - so frankly didn't help at all.
I was looking for smart sandals that were fully adjustable as I have narrow feet.
The Rysy sandals look gorgeous but rubbed my ankle - I've ended up with a pair of Tourist II, which are comfy so far - but the buckle across the toes is not adjustable! The website doesn't mention this. I'm hoping my feet won't slide about when I wear them.
I don't live near a shop, so was reliant on the website which didn't provide the detail I needed.
I'm not sure I'll use it again.

Which fitting is right for you?

Standard fit

This is the most common fitting within our collection. If you usually buy a standard fit when buying footwear, we recommend trying this fit, otherwise known as a ‘D’ fit for women and ‘F-G’ for men.

Wide fit

Our second biggest fitting, perfect for those who want a little more room in their shoes. This fitting is otherwise known as a ‘E-EE’ fit for women and ‘G-H’ for men.

Extra Wide fit

This is the broadest of all our fittings, giving your feet extra room in your shoes to help you stay comfortable. This fitting is otherwise known as a ‘EEE’ fit for women.

Dual fit

This means the shoe will have a 2mm foam removable insole underneath its top insole, which when removed helps to offer a roomier fit.

There is no such thing as the perfect foot, but there might just be such a thing as the perfect fit.
