Ah, now I like Rosie. A bit wide for my narrow feet at the lower end of the laces, as all are, but trainers are more adjustable than other shoes for me (I have a high instep also) I'm not so keen on the white soles, but they are a 'smart' trainer to wear with dresses. I like the off-white laces, but they'd look better I think with matching soles. Again, leather would be more practical for me, but I have them in four colours, which all look nice in nubuck! But the big thing is, I've had to buy 4 pairs of the Teal green ones to get a pair that weren't faulty! The rubber sole hadn't met the uneven-finish nubuck upper properly, in roughly the same spot, on one shoe, of 3 different pairs, despite 'inspection' stickers! Luckily one pair of the last 2 were OK, but they were supposed to have been checked prior to despatch. The 'finishing' of Hotter shoes isn't as good as it used to be, but they are still comfortable!

These Rosie trainers are nice and slim and compact and so heavy duty as a lot of trainers. They have a non-slip sole which was important to me and they still remain very stylish.

Which fitting is right for you?

Standard fit

This is the most common fitting within our collection. If you usually buy a standard fit when buying footwear, we recommend trying this fit, otherwise known as a ‘D’ fit for women and ‘F-G’ for men.

Wide fit

Our second biggest fitting, perfect for those who want a little more room in their shoes. This fitting is otherwise known as a ‘E-EE’ fit for women and ‘G-H’ for men.

Extra Wide fit

This is the broadest of all our fittings, giving your feet extra room in your shoes to help you stay comfortable. This fitting is otherwise known as a ‘EEE’ fit for women.

Dual fit

This means the shoe will have a 2mm foam removable insole underneath its top insole, which when removed helps to offer a roomier fit.

There is no such thing as the perfect foot, but there might just be such a thing as the perfect fit.
