Very disappointed with this purchase. They looked better in the photos on the website. I ordered two different sizes- 6.5 and 7 - (of the pinkish colour) for comparison and neither fitted. They were both tight and narrower than I expected. I thought Hotter sizes were more generous. The colour was darker than the photos suggested and the fur trim was rather thin. I wasn’t impressed with the texture or the quality. It looked thicker in the pictures. The sole wasn’t very thick and lacked support. It’s a pity because I was really looking forward to wearing them as they seemed to be just what I was looking for, a versatile ankle boot. I’ve had Hotter shoes in the past and they were fine which is why I decided to buy from them again. I returned the boots for a refund. Overall, I don’t think they were worth the money and Hotter need to review the width and length sizing. I haven’t been put off trying Hotter again but it has made me more wary.

Which fitting is right for you?

Standard fit

This is the most common fitting within our collection. If you usually buy a standard fit when buying footwear, we recommend trying this fit, otherwise known as a ‘D’ fit for women and ‘F-G’ for men.

Wide fit

Our second biggest fitting, perfect for those who want a little more room in their shoes. This fitting is otherwise known as a ‘E-EE’ fit for women and ‘G-H’ for men.

Extra Wide fit

This is the broadest of all our fittings, giving your feet extra room in your shoes to help you stay comfortable. This fitting is otherwise known as a ‘EEE’ fit for women.

Dual fit

This means the shoe will have a 2mm foam removable insole underneath its top insole, which when removed helps to offer a roomier fit.

There is no such thing as the perfect foot, but there might just be such a thing as the perfect fit.
