I ordered and paid for a pair in your sale only to receive an email a few days later stating that they were no longer in stock. A little strange as they were clearly shown as “in stock” when I ordered them.

I ordered two pairs in immediate response to the receipt of a sale catalogue one Saturday morning. On the following Monday, I got an email telling me they were out of stock. They looked nice and comfortable in the photograph, but I will never know. Subsequently I have had numerous unwanted emails about ladies footwear in the prolonged sales period.

Which fitting is right for you?

Standard fit

This is the most common fitting within our collection. If you usually buy a standard fit when buying footwear, we recommend trying this fit, otherwise known as a ‘D’ fit for women and ‘F-G’ for men.

Wide fit

Our second biggest fitting, perfect for those who want a little more room in their shoes. This fitting is otherwise known as a ‘E-EE’ fit for women and ‘G-H’ for men.

Extra Wide fit

This is the broadest of all our fittings, giving your feet extra room in your shoes to help you stay comfortable. This fitting is otherwise known as a ‘EEE’ fit for women.

Dual fit

This means the shoe will have a 2mm foam removable insole underneath its top insole, which when removed helps to offer a roomier fit.

There is no such thing as the perfect foot, but there might just be such a thing as the perfect fit.
