It’s a negative review because I DON’T HAVE the pacific sandals. I ordered them on the 9th of May. They arrived on the the 14th but I returned them immediately, requesting half a size smaller. I heard nothing more until PayPal refunded me the cost on the 1st of June. (No notification from Hotter). I checked the website to discover that they had sold out!
Along with the sandals, I had also ordered the Jive shoes in black but they arrived with an obvious mark on top of the left one. They were returned at the same time, requesting a replacement pair. These eventually arrived yesterday (a month after the original order). I like them very much but I am very disappointed not to have the sandals.
I am totally unimpressed with the level of customer service. Thank you so much for leaving a review. We are sorry to hear we were unable to supply your chosen item on this occasion. We are sorry to hear you have not had any communication from us. This is not the standard we aim for.
