I did not find them comfortable and returned them on the 18th April. It is now 7th May and I have not received a refund nor an acknowledgement of receipt of returned item.

Nirvana - ordered my usual size and they fit comfortably. I wish there were some other summer colours in this size, also a navy would be serviceable. Pleased with the service and delivery. However, I do find, generally, that Hotter shoes are no longer the quality and fit that they used to be. I also miss the stores, as there is nothing better than being able to try shoes on for quality and fit before buying.

Which fitting is right for you?

Standard fit

This is the most common fitting within our collection. If you usually buy a standard fit when buying footwear, we recommend trying this fit, otherwise known as a ‘D’ fit for women and ‘F-G’ for men.

Wide fit

Our second biggest fitting, perfect for those who want a little more room in their shoes. This fitting is otherwise known as a ‘E-EE’ fit for women.

Extra Wide fit

This is the broadest of all our fittings, giving your feet extra room in your shoes to help you stay comfortable. This fitting is otherwise known as a ‘EEE’ fit for women.

Dual fit

This means the shoe will have a 2mm foam removable insole underneath its top insole, which when removed helps to offer a roomier fit.

There is no such thing as the perfect foot, but there might just be such a thing as the perfect fit.
