Bought these walking shoes as my sister has a pair and recommended them. Very comfortable from first wearing and ideal for dog walking. I usually wear a size 6 in everyday shoes, but purchased a size 7 to allow for wearing an ankle sport sock. So far they keep the wet out. Not tried in heavy rain, just morning dew on the grassy footpaths. Would definitely buy again if needed.

I find these shoes very comfortable for walking. I appreciate that they are provided in extra wide: they are one of the few styles that is! I am on my third pair, as I wear the older pairs for working in the garden. They have a good grip on the sole. As a pensioner, I have to wait until they are on sale.

Which fitting is right for you?

Standard fit

This is the most common fitting within our collection. If you usually buy a standard fit when buying footwear, we recommend trying this fit, otherwise known as a ‘D’ fit for women and ‘F-G’ for men.

Wide fit

Our second biggest fitting, perfect for those who want a little more room in their shoes. This fitting is otherwise known as a ‘E-EE’ fit for women and ‘G-H’ for men.

Extra Wide fit

This is the broadest of all our fittings, giving your feet extra room in your shoes to help you stay comfortable. This fitting is otherwise known as a ‘EEE’ fit for women.

Dual fit

This means the shoe will have a 2mm foam removable insole underneath its top insole, which when removed helps to offer a roomier fit.

There is no such thing as the perfect foot, but there might just be such a thing as the perfect fit.
