I never tried Hotter shoes before and I have got to say that they are very comfortable.

I bought the pewter colour and I think they will look nice with a summer dress.

Ordered the shoes for my 96 year old mother . She's housebound mostly but a few times a year needs to wear shoes for hosp appointments etc .
The shoes were nor a good fit unfortunately. They were very similar to a previous pair she has, from Hotter , but seemed more flimsy and loose. .
Anyway , I too am a pensioner, who doesn't drive , but needed to return them .I had to return via a post office , had a e mail to say the return of the shoes was being processed . Then I heard nothing until I made enquiries. As I did not know if my refund was credited to my bank or not . It was then I was told the refunded had indeed been granted but I was very dismayed to discover how much my elderly mother has lost due to , what I consider to be , excessive postage.
At the same time as ordering from Hotter Shoes I ordered her some from Pavers shoe's ... 2 pairs .
One pair needed to be returned and I was pleased to see I was not charged anything at all for postage .
I do understand the need to apply a fee for postage but sometimes wonder if ithe cost is affordable to oap's housebound and disabled customers who just find getting to a Hotter Shop impossible.

Womens Size Guide

Bust. Measure under your arms,
across the fullest part of your bust,
don't pull the measuring tape too tightly.

Waist. Measure your natural waistline (above your belly button & below your rib cage). Find by bending slightly to the side.
C
Hips. Measure snuggly around the fullest part of your bottom. Remember to place your feet together before measuring.
