Really disappointed with Hotter shoes. They accepted my order even though trainers were no longer in stock. Taking payment.
The worst part is that it took a phone call chasing up delivery to be told I placed an order for shoes that weren’t longer available. There was confirmation of order and no real apology when I phoned to ask when my shoes would be dispatched. Over a week later
