The shoes were bought on sale, and were not true to size which cost me a fair bit.
It’s always tricky purchasing shoes but I have a lot of shoes from Hotter so I was disappointed in a) shoes were not true to size b) I paid double shipping fees to & from which wasn’t pleasant c) it took the maximum time to refund.

Unfortunately I had to return these. There was no size 6.5. I tried a 6 and a 7 but too small and too big. Returns procedure was very good

Which fitting is right for you?

Standard fit

This is the most common fitting within our collection. If you usually buy a standard fit when buying footwear, we recommend trying this fit, otherwise known as a ‘D’ fit for women and ‘F-G’ for men.

Wide fit

Our second biggest fitting, perfect for those who want a little more room in their shoes. This fitting is otherwise known as a ‘E-EE’ fit for women and ‘G-H’ for men.

Extra Wide fit

This is the broadest of all our fittings, giving your feet extra room in your shoes to help you stay comfortable. This fitting is otherwise known as a ‘EEE’ fit for women.

Dual fit

This means the shoe will have a 2mm foam removable insole underneath its top insole, which when removed helps to offer a roomier fit.

There is no such thing as the perfect foot, but there might just be such a thing as the perfect fit.
