  • Directions: For best results use once or twice a week on dry skin before you bathe. Work on areas of thickened or calloused skin, filing towards the midline of the foot whilst being careful not to over-grip the file. Do not leave immersed in water.
  • Suitable for: Most skin types. Do not use on broken or irritated skin. Diabetics and those with poor circulation should use with caution. Keep out of reach of children.

The stainless steel handle and abrasive pads on both sides make the file hard wearing, easy to use and gives long-lasting results that leave feet soft to the touch. Which fitting is right for you?

Standard fit

This is the most common fitting within our collection. If you usually buy a standard fit when buying footwear, we recommend trying this fit, otherwise known as a ‘D’ fit for women and ‘F-G’ for men.

Wide fit

Our second biggest fitting, perfect for those who want a little more room in their shoes. This fitting is otherwise known as a ‘E-EE’ fit for women.

Extra Wide fit

This is the broadest of all our fittings, giving your feet extra room in your shoes to help you stay comfortable. This fitting is otherwise known as a ‘EEE’ fit for women.

Dual fit

This means the shoe will have a 2mm foam removable insole underneath its top insole, which when removed helps to offer a roomier fit.

There is no such thing as the perfect foot, but there might just be such a thing as the perfect fit.
