The shoes fit well and are very supportive and comfortable. A good design that goes well with skirts and trousers.

The fit wasn't right .
I was basing it on my previous loafers purchased in Southport done time ago .
I think you're average fit is wider than a normal average fit and this is where I went wrong as I ordered a wide fit and they were much too large .
I didn't realise the Southport store was still open so I will have to travel there to get my next pair as I don't like ordering shoes online .
There wasn't enough information about your average fit online do I think you should adjust this as it's misleading and leads to disappointment and time wasting

Which fitting is right for you?

Standard fit

This is the most common fitting within our collection. If you usually buy a standard fit when buying footwear, we recommend trying this fit, otherwise known as a ‘D’ fit for women and ‘F-G’ for men.

Wide fit

Our second biggest fitting, perfect for those who want a little more room in their shoes. This fitting is otherwise known as a ‘E-EE’ fit for women.

Extra Wide fit

This is the broadest of all our fittings, giving your feet extra room in your shoes to help you stay comfortable. This fitting is otherwise known as a ‘EEE’ fit for women.

Dual fit

This means the shoe will have a 2mm foam removable insole underneath its top insole, which when removed helps to offer a roomier fit.

There is no such thing as the perfect foot, but there might just be such a thing as the perfect fit.
