After spending £93.00 up front payment.
Long long long delivery really anoying (5 weeks)!
Did not receive any info of the delivery date!
Shoes dont fit.
Shoes Returned I even used the return label.
Hotter never confermed they received the returned shoes even when it was confermed by the "Post Office", using the post office web site.
Weeks later still I am waiting!
I did complain on the hotter site, I did not get a reply that they receved my complaint.
Next action for me is to get my money back via "PayPal".
My comment on this review is dont buy Hotter shoes unless you got into one of there shops, but when "one" (ME) reaches 80 year of age driving to another county, big ads for ordering on line looks good but with hotter its useless, so I wont be buying Hotter, shoes life to short to be effffffing around with a coumpany that thinks they are better than a paying customer!!!!!

Which fitting is right for you?

Standard fit

This is the most common fitting within our collection. If you usually buy a standard fit when buying footwear, we recommend trying this fit, otherwise known as a ‘D’ fit for women and ‘F-G’ for men.

Wide fit

Our second biggest fitting, perfect for those who want a little more room in their shoes. This fitting is otherwise known as a ‘E-EE’ fit for women and ‘G-H’ for men.

Extra Wide fit

This is the broadest of all our fittings, giving your feet extra room in your shoes to help you stay comfortable. This fitting is otherwise known as a ‘EEE’ fit for women.

Dual fit

This means the shoe will have a 2mm foam removable insole underneath its top insole, which when removed helps to offer a roomier fit.

There is no such thing as the perfect foot, but there might just be such a thing as the perfect fit.
