The sandals did not fit properly. I bought them online but chose to return them to the shop. The member of staff at the Shop was very rude and dismissive and I complained to Hotter customer service email address about this, because the staff member wasn’t happy About the extra work she had to do to accept the return my online purchase. This put a black shadow over my experience with Hotter. Sadly, I won’t be shopping at hotter again as there are other similar brands available that suit my needs.

Which fitting is right for you?

Standard fit

This is the most common fitting within our collection. If you usually buy a standard fit when buying footwear, we recommend trying this fit, otherwise known as a ‘D’ fit for women and ‘F-G’ for men.

Wide fit

Our second biggest fitting, perfect for those who want a little more room in their shoes. This fitting is otherwise known as a ‘E-EE’ fit for women and ‘G-H’ for men.

Extra Wide fit

This is the broadest of all our fittings, giving your feet extra room in your shoes to help you stay comfortable. This fitting is otherwise known as a ‘EEE’ fit for women.

Dual fit

This means the shoe will have a 2mm foam removable insole underneath its top insole, which when removed helps to offer a roomier fit.

There is no such thing as the perfect foot, but there might just be such a thing as the perfect fit.
