Beautiful shoes but they were on the big size so had to return them , the heel was perfect for myself but the gap at the back was massive, I considered trying an insole but the shoes were expensive so that’s my reason for the return , they were needed urgently so I didn’t want to risk a smaller size not fitting as I wanted.

I ordered these Donna Heels in black, for which wide fit is not available. The size 9 were too long as I find the heel of Hotter's court shoes has a very curved profile and this meant the backs slipped off when I tried to walk. I exchanged for Size 8 but these were too narrow so I returned them. Hotter, please extend wide fitting to all colours and I will probably re-order in 8 Wide fitting.

I love these shoes. I wore the oyster colour with Hotter’s matching handbag to a Buckingham Palace Garden party. The shoes were perfect in that they had enough of a heel to be elegant but were super comfortable given there was a lot of walking and standing involved. I have two other similar pairs which I also wear frequently for the same reasons.

Which fitting is right for you?

Standard fit

This is the most common fitting within our collection. If you usually buy a standard fit when buying footwear, we recommend trying this fit, otherwise known as a ‘D’ fit for women and ‘F-G’ for men.

Wide fit

Our second biggest fitting, perfect for those who want a little more room in their shoes. This fitting is otherwise known as a ‘E-EE’ fit for women and ‘G-H’ for men.

Extra Wide fit

This is the broadest of all our fittings, giving your feet extra room in your shoes to help you stay comfortable. This fitting is otherwise known as a ‘EEE’ fit for women.

Dual fit

This means the shoe will have a 2mm foam removable insole underneath its top insole, which when removed helps to offer a roomier fit.

There is no such thing as the perfect foot, but there might just be such a thing as the perfect fit.
