I bought a pair of Dew shoes in the size which I'd previously bought all shoes purchased from Hotter. But for some reason, the shoes are very much smaller than all previous ones. I returned them and requested a larger size in another colour: the larger size was not available in the colour I orginally ordered. No replacement shoes were sent, so I can only assume they were no longer available. I was credited with a refund minus £7.45. I think this is a rather large penalty for 'trying on' and so I asked for my Hotter account to be deleted which has now been done. Thank you so much for leaving a review.
