When this new pair of Devi size 7 arrived I was currently wearing an old pair of size 7 hotter shoes. When I tried on the new pair I could basically put a finger down the back of the shoes and there was still space left, they were also too wide. When I measured them against the hotter shoes I was wearing they were at least 1/2 inch longer. When I returned them I enclosed a letter explaining the issues but I was still charged £2.95 to return them and when you take into account the £4.50 I paid to get them , it was an expensive pair of poorly manufactured shoes I tried on

Lovely looking shoe and nice soft leather but after reading reviews I ordered a size smaller than my usual size but still too long and far too wide. Never experienced this before with Hotter. And I really wanted a white comfortable summer shoe! 😪

Which fitting is right for you?

Standard fit

This is the most common fitting within our collection. If you usually buy a standard fit when buying footwear, we recommend trying this fit, otherwise known as a ‘D’ fit for women and ‘F-G’ for men.

Wide fit

Our second biggest fitting, perfect for those who want a little more room in their shoes. This fitting is otherwise known as a ‘E-EE’ fit for women and ‘G-H’ for men.

Extra Wide fit

This is the broadest of all our fittings, giving your feet extra room in your shoes to help you stay comfortable. This fitting is otherwise known as a ‘EEE’ fit for women.

Dual fit

This means the shoe will have a 2mm foam removable insole underneath its top insole, which when removed helps to offer a roomier fit.

There is no such thing as the perfect foot, but there might just be such a thing as the perfect fit.
