Another example of the problem with there being so few Hotter shops these days and having to try shoes by post after just seeing 2D photos. I have had few successes buying Hotter shoes since I haven't been able any longer to pop into any local branches to try shoes. I have tried the York Hotter shop (though this is quite a complicated journey for me) but disappointingly found this to have few sizes and not always the range of shoes.
The Chase ll Trainers are narrower in shape than I expected and so not what I want.

This is my fourth pair of Chase hotters , very recently purchased . Before this last pair I would have given a five star rating , but the quality has gone downhill, in terms of fit and comfort. I have had to slightly stretch the shoes (size 6.5 ) as they are narrower and slightly shorter and I’ve had to deal with a slightly bumpy bit inside the right shoe at bottom of zip .

I’ve loved hotters before , please don’t compromise

Which fitting is right for you?

Standard fit

This is the most common fitting within our collection. If you usually buy a standard fit when buying footwear, we recommend trying this fit, otherwise known as a ‘D’ fit for women and ‘F-G’ for men.

Wide fit

Our second biggest fitting, perfect for those who want a little more room in their shoes. This fitting is otherwise known as a ‘E-EE’ fit for women.

Extra Wide fit

This is the broadest of all our fittings, giving your feet extra room in your shoes to help you stay comfortable. This fitting is otherwise known as a ‘EEE’ fit for women.

Dual fit

This means the shoe will have a 2mm foam removable insole underneath its top insole, which when removed helps to offer a roomier fit.

There is no such thing as the perfect foot, but there might just be such a thing as the perfect fit.
