This sandal just didn’t fit right. The cost of just being able to try on a hotter shoe is just too much. £4.50 delivery and nearly 3 pound to return. Also the returns process took around 7 working days for hotter to notify me that they had received them and another 4/5 days for them to process the refund. Don’t think I’ll bother ordering on line again.

I ordered catskill sandals and was then informed they were out of stock and to call customer service which I did. They said they would have them in in Maroon on 28th May so I said I would have those instead. Subsequently I saw my payment had been refunded and then when I called customer service they said that had never been the case and they were not getting any more Catskills in but they did not inform me of this. Very disappointed that I was wrongly informed and that if they didn’t have any left why was I able to order them in first place.

Which fitting is right for you?

Standard fit

This is the most common fitting within our collection. If you usually buy a standard fit when buying footwear, we recommend trying this fit, otherwise known as a ‘D’ fit for women and ‘F-G’ for men.

Wide fit

Our second biggest fitting, perfect for those who want a little more room in their shoes. This fitting is otherwise known as a ‘E-EE’ fit for women and ‘G-H’ for men.

Extra Wide fit

This is the broadest of all our fittings, giving your feet extra room in your shoes to help you stay comfortable. This fitting is otherwise known as a ‘EEE’ fit for women.

Dual fit

This means the shoe will have a 2mm foam removable insole underneath its top insole, which when removed helps to offer a roomier fit.

There is no such thing as the perfect foot, but there might just be such a thing as the perfect fit.
