These were lovely sandals and a nice colour green, but unfortunately neither the size 4 or the 4 and half fitted me properly.

This is my 4th pair but 3rd width! Very comfortable but after a while the synthetic soft lining becomes rather sweaty. So I then switch to another fresh pair! I also have had to use Scholl foot powder! FInally, rather surprised that the lining of the nubuck leather is marked as synthetic - so assume it is. This may explain why a strap stuck to the top of my foot and rubbed it to cause a red blistery mark. Disappointing that the backing to the nubuck is not leather at this price.

I have given the Catskill II Sandals 5 stars. This is due to the fact that they are so very comfortable. You can literally wear them all day; they are easily as comfortable as favourite slippers!
The only concern I have is that the Sandals arrive with a little paper sticker on the sole, advising that because the construction of the heel is cork, to be careful of getting them too wet. Just hoping that I don’t get caught in a downpour whilst wearing them. I’d be very disappointed if I somehow managed to damage them.
The actual sole of the Sandals isn’t cork; more rubberised.
I am in no way disappointed with my purchase; just intend to be careful with regard to the weather - ensuring I wear something different if a downpour is forecast.

Which fitting is right for you?

Standard fit

This is the most common fitting within our collection. If you usually buy a standard fit when buying footwear, we recommend trying this fit, otherwise known as a ‘D’ fit for women and ‘F-G’ for men.

Wide fit

Our second biggest fitting, perfect for those who want a little more room in their shoes. This fitting is otherwise known as a ‘E-EE’ fit for women.

Extra Wide fit

This is the broadest of all our fittings, giving your feet extra room in your shoes to help you stay comfortable. This fitting is otherwise known as a ‘EEE’ fit for women.

Dual fit

This means the shoe will have a 2mm foam removable insole underneath its top insole, which when removed helps to offer a roomier fit.

There is no such thing as the perfect foot, but there might just be such a thing as the perfect fit.
