I normally love Hotter boots & have several pairs. I ordered these with high expectations, unfortunately they were so hard & hurt my feet & ankles. I wasn't convinced they would soften enough to be comfortable, so returned them. Very disappointing as they looked lovely.

It took over three weeks for the parcel to reach me, Evri told me they had lost it! When it eventually arrived the box was damaged.
Even though I’d ordered a wide fitting the boot was too narrow. The leather was hard and unyielding.
And on top of this extended wait and, what I thought was a poor quality boot, I was charged £2.95 to return them!!!
I’ve not been disappointed by Hotter before but this has destroyed my faith in what I’ve always thought to be an reliable shoe company.

Bought for my daughter who was impressed by the style. I do not think she has worn them yet but she said they were comfortable when she tried them on.

Which fitting is right for you?

Standard fit

This is the most common fitting within our collection. If you usually buy a standard fit when buying footwear, we recommend trying this fit, otherwise known as a ‘D’ fit for women and ‘F-G’ for men.

Wide fit

Our second biggest fitting, perfect for those who want a little more room in their shoes. This fitting is otherwise known as a ‘E-EE’ fit for women and ‘G-H’ for men.

Extra Wide fit

This is the broadest of all our fittings, giving your feet extra room in your shoes to help you stay comfortable. This fitting is otherwise known as a ‘EEE’ fit for women.

Dual fit

This means the shoe will have a 2mm foam removable insole underneath its top insole, which when removed helps to offer a roomier fit.

There is no such thing as the perfect foot, but there might just be such a thing as the perfect fit.
