Shoes were great and just what the gentleman needed for his holiday.
The first pair bought online did not arrive in time, due to the fact that you did not print the business address on the label. Evri eventually relabelled and delivered over a week later. I contacted customer services and asked for a new order, next day delivery and explained what had happened, the confirmation email came through with exactly the same detail, when I phoned straight back the attitude of the second person was well I can see it on my system so there is nothing I can do, when I requested to cancel the order as the same thing was going to happen it took two attempts to have it cancelled, she just kept responding to my request with is there anything else I can help you with!
I took a trip into Canterbury visited the shop and purchased the same shoes, manager was fantastic and very helpful
Returned the shoes once they arrived, explained on the note it was your fault not mine or Evri and I’ve been refunded even less than the return delivery cost! I paid £93.60 and have just discovered I have been refunded even less £86.15!!

Which fitting is right for you?

Standard fit

This is the most common fitting within our collection. If you usually buy a standard fit when buying footwear, we recommend trying this fit, otherwise known as a ‘D’ fit for women and ‘F-G’ for men.

Wide fit

Our second biggest fitting, perfect for those who want a little more room in their shoes. This fitting is otherwise known as a ‘E-EE’ fit for women and ‘G-H’ for men.

Extra Wide fit

This is the broadest of all our fittings, giving your feet extra room in your shoes to help you stay comfortable. This fitting is otherwise known as a ‘EEE’ fit for women.

Dual fit

This means the shoe will have a 2mm foam removable insole underneath its top insole, which when removed helps to offer a roomier fit.

There is no such thing as the perfect foot, but there might just be such a thing as the perfect fit.
