Nice leather shoe. Unfortunately I bought two pairs (different colours) on an offer and one was just about ok, the other I had to send back as it came up wider and ‘slopped’ at the heel. I like Hotter shoes but do find they tend to come up wide, which isn’t my standard fit.

My birdie shoes fit well. I'm 5 1/2 and usually have a problem getting shoes like that to stay on. Also, they look great and have been much admired already.
I also always buy my trainers from Hotter because you do half sizes and therefore I can get a good fit.

Which fitting is right for you?

Standard fit

This is the most common fitting within our collection. If you usually buy a standard fit when buying footwear, we recommend trying this fit, otherwise known as a ‘D’ fit for women and ‘F-G’ for men.

Wide fit

Our second biggest fitting, perfect for those who want a little more room in their shoes. This fitting is otherwise known as a ‘E-EE’ fit for women and ‘G-H’ for men.

Extra Wide fit

This is the broadest of all our fittings, giving your feet extra room in your shoes to help you stay comfortable. This fitting is otherwise known as a ‘EEE’ fit for women.

Dual fit

This means the shoe will have a 2mm foam removable insole underneath its top insole, which when removed helps to offer a roomier fit.

There is no such thing as the perfect foot, but there might just be such a thing as the perfect fit.
