This is my second pair of these shoes. They are smart, comfortable, waterproof and hard wearing. I use them when walking my dog on an uneven bridle path. The thick but flexible sole cushions my feet and the stones can't be felt through the soles like on other walking shoes I have bought. The uppers are wearing very well. If I had to make a suggestion to improve, the silky laces undo all the time so I have to do double knots that are a nuisance when taking the shoes off. On my new shoes the inner soles lining was creased up making ridges inside on arrival but this has settled and they are removable. I bought both pairs in the sale making them very good value.

Which fitting is right for you?

Standard fit

This is the most common fitting within our collection. If you usually buy a standard fit when buying footwear, we recommend trying this fit, otherwise known as a ‘D’ fit for women and ‘F-G’ for men.

Wide fit

Our second biggest fitting, perfect for those who want a little more room in their shoes. This fitting is otherwise known as a ‘E-EE’ fit for women and ‘G-H’ for men.

Extra Wide fit

This is the broadest of all our fittings, giving your feet extra room in your shoes to help you stay comfortable. This fitting is otherwise known as a ‘EEE’ fit for women.

Dual fit

This means the shoe will have a 2mm foam removable insole underneath its top insole, which when removed helps to offer a roomier fit.

There is no such thing as the perfect foot, but there might just be such a thing as the perfect fit.
