Where do you deliver to?

We can deliver to any address within the UK and most overseas addresses. You can have your order delivered to the address of your choice. When you're logged into your account you can add new addresses which will be stored for future use. Alternatively, you can have your order delivered to any of our Hotter stores using our Click & Collect service.

Delivery within the UK

After placing an order you will receive all in stock UK orders within 3-5 working days using Royal Mail. This standard delivery service applies on orders placed Monday to Saturday (excluding Bank Holidays) to UK addresses. Free standard delivery is automatically applied to all orders over £100.

If an item from your order is out of stock at the time of processing, then you may receive your order in multiple deliveries. Please note that our delivery service may be affected over bank holidays and during sale periods.

Do you offer next day delivery?

Place your order before 3pm Monday - Friday, and up to 12noon Saturday for next working day delivery within the UK*. This service is available on any in stock item at a price of £5.95 per order. Please note that next day delivery is not guaranteed and we do not deliver on Sundays or Bank Holidays. Where an item is ordered but not in stock (pre-order), this will be posted using our standard delivery service when the item becomes available for despatch.

Next Day delivery is not available in these postcode areas. Please do not select Next Day delivery for - GY, HS, IM, JE, KW15-17, PA49, PA60 -PA75, PA78, PH30, PH41-44, ZE 2-3.

Can I request a specific time of day for delivery?

Unfortunately we are unable to offer this service. However if you have provided us with your email address we will let you know on the day when you can expect to receive your parcel within a 4 hour window.

What happens if I'm out when Royal Mail calls?

If your delivery has been attempted by Royal Mail, the parcel may be left in a secure location at your property, with a neighbour, or they may have taken the parcel back to the depot. In any of these cases Royal Mail will have left a card advising you that they have attempted delivery and what you need to do next. If your parcel is taken back to the depot, it will be held for a maximum of 18 days whilst you arrange re-delivery or collection.

Can I have one part of my order sent to my home address and the other part sent to another address?

Unfortunately, we can't accommodate this request. If two delivery addresses are required, then the purchases need to be placed as two separate orders.

International orders

For deliveries outside of the UK, it will take approximately 10 working days for an order to be delivered by your national delivery service.

It costs £12.50 per item to ship products internationally.

Do you deliver to BFPO addresses?

Yes we do.

Click and Collect

Can I have my order delivered to a Hotter Store?

Click & Collect is available to our stores, please allow 7 days for the order to be available to be collected. You will be notified by email when your order is ready to be collected. Please bring a copy of the email and proof of ID.

How do I find my local Hotter Store?

Do you offer next day delivery with the click and collect option?
