Delivery options

Where do you deliver to?

We can deliver to any address within the UK and most overseas addresses.

You can have your order delivered to the address of your choice. When you’re logged into your account you can add new addresses which will be stored for future use.

Alternatively, you can have your order delivered to any of our Hotter stores using our Click & Collect service.

Delivery within the UK

All UK orders are despatched within 3-5 days using our courier partner Hermes.

For UK customers, we offer standard UK delivery at £4.95

Do you offer next day delivery?

Unfortunately, we are currently unable to offer this service.

Can I request a specific time of day for delivery?

Unfortunately, we are currently unable to offer this service.

What happens if I’m out when the courier calls?

If your delivery has been attempted by Hermes, the parcel may be left in a secure location at your property, with a neighbour, or they may have taken the parcel back to the depot. In any of these cases your Hermes courier will have left a card advising you that they have attempted delivery and what you need to do next.

Can I have part of my order sent to my home address and another part of my order sent to a different address?

Unfortunately, we can’t accommodate this request. If two delivery addresses are required, then the purchases need to be placed as two separate orders.

International Orders

For deliveries outside of the UK, it will take approximately 10 working days for an order to be delivered by your national delivery service.

It costs £12.50 per item to ship products internationally.

Do you deliver to BFPO addresses?

Yes we do.

Click & Collect

Can I have my order delivered to a Hotter store?

We can deliver your order to any of our Hotter high street stores. Simply choose ‘Collect In-Store’ as your delivery method at the checkout and choose the store from which you wish to collect your order. There are no delivery charges if you choose to collect in store.

If you choose to collect your order in store using the Click and Collect service your order will be sent from Hotter HQ. All in-stock orders will be ready for collection within 7 days of placing your order and you’ll receive an email and/or call to advise you that your order is ready for collection.

Please bring proof of identity when collecting your order.

If your order is not collected from the store within 14 days, your order will be cancelled and we will process a refund back to you using your original payment method.
