I ordered these in plum the day the catalog arrived. There were problems with the website, so I phoned and spoke with the most helpful fellow. My shoes arrived promptly, and I immediately thought "ooh, if these are comfy, I'm ordering another pair". Well, if they had been any more comfy, they would have been bedroom slippers! I've had 9 foot surgeries, so finding something I can wear for more than a few hours is a challenge. I wore these the first day-all day long-and didn't feel a need to get them off the minute I got home from work. I went to order a second pair that same day! Now the bad news...they were out of my size. In under 2 weeks...This seems to be a problem with Hotter. Something new comes out, it's a super seller, and there wasn't enough production. It would be beneficial if they had some sort of tracking in their system, so as a sales trend was happening, more could be manufactured. Maybe a "wish list" if a customer's size is out of stock? It's happened more than once for me with Hotter, and since I live in L.A., I don't have the luxury of popping into a local store, more's the pity. I do travel to the U.K. yearly, though, and manage to stop at 3 or 4 Hotter locations each trip. Please Hotter-make more of this shoe in Plum, all sizes!!!
