I’ve bought this style before but found it tight fitting ..this time I ordered the wide fit as my feet are getting wider..normal as you age …the trainers, in gold leather, are really comfortable and quite supportive too. They also look very smart with jeans, a skirt etc so can be casual or smart.
The one quibble I have with Hotter shoes is the soles are often soft and bouncy..fine for a 30 year old ..but I’m over 70 and need a firm, even thickish leather, sole to help my balance….soft and bouncy is unhelpful for most retirees.

Which fitting is right for you?

Standard fit

This is the most common fitting within our collection. If you usually buy a standard fit when buying footwear, we recommend trying this fit, otherwise known as a ‘D’ fit for women and ‘F-G’ for men.

Wide fit

Our second biggest fitting, perfect for those who want a little more room in their shoes. This fitting is otherwise known as a ‘E-EE’ fit for women and ‘G-H’ for men.

Extra Wide fit

This is the broadest of all our fittings, giving your feet extra room in your shoes to help you stay comfortable. This fitting is otherwise known as a ‘EEE’ fit for women.

Dual fit

This means the shoe will have a 2mm foam removable insole underneath its top insole, which when removed helps to offer a roomier fit.

There is no such thing as the perfect foot, but there might just be such a thing as the perfect fit.
