What is the returns policy?

Every product we sell undergoes the strictest quality control procedure before it reaches you – and we're confident that you'll be delighted with the end result. However, if you need to return any item(s), please send it back unworn and in the original condition with proof of purchase within 30 days of receipt, and we'll process a refund, it's that simple.

During Sale periods we do ask you to return any goods within 14 days of receipt.

This is in addition to the Consumer Contracts Regulations.

How long have I got to return goods?

You have 30 days from receipt, to return any unworn item(s) for a refund.

How do I return my goods?

We're delighted to offer a returns service in the following countries:- Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Republic of Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Portugal, Spain, Sweden and the UK. The following weight and dimensions apply to International Returns.

  1. Complete the returns form section of your dispatch note by entering the appropriate reason code against the product(s) you are returning.
  2. Register your return and obtain your pre-paid returns label at
  3. Place the returns form in your parcel and pack your returned item(s) in the original packaging. It is really important that you include this form so that we can trace the parcel back to you.
  4. Place the returns label on the outer carton of your parcel, ensuring all other labels have been removed.
  5. Your nearest drop off point will be displayed when you register your return.

How will I be refunded?

Refunds are processed through your original payment method.

Do I have to pay to return my parcel?

If you require a refund for your returned item you will be charged €5 (Republic of Ireland and UK), €6.50 (Germany) or €10 (Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Portugal, Spain, Sweden. to cover return postage if you use one of our pre-paid services. The amount will be deducted from your refund. This does not affect your statutory rights.

International Orders – if you are returning goods from outside the countries above, the cost of returning goods is the responsibility of the sender.

What if my return goes missing in transit?

In the unfortunate case of a returned item going missing please send your proof of postage that was issued by the returns parcel carrier at the time of returning the parcel. Please scan and send this by email to [email protected], along with your contact and order details.

How long will it take before my return is processed?
