I have not worn these shoes yet enough times to comment on their wear and tear quality but they are very comfortable, smart and an ideal casual summer shoe.

These looked rather good when they arrived. I ordered my normal size for Hotter which is a 6 1/2, I've never had a problem before but these were too short, whether the machine has been set slightly inside where it should have been I obviously don't know? I have ordered the 7 as a replacement and hope they aren't too big

The sizing is wrong. I returned the shoes with a photograph showing I had compared them to ten pairs of Hotter shoes I already have, some unworn - I have more. I tried to contact Customer Services a couple of times at the email address on the website - NO REPLY. There were no reviews for me to look at before purchase. I had to pay for postage which wasn't returned. I am considering purchasing more as a regular customer, but am having my doubts about the sizing. If I do buy, I will have to buy shoes in a different colour to those I already have.

How to measure

Womens Size Guide
A
Bust. Measure under your arms,
across the fullest part of your bust,
don't pull the measuring tape too tightly.
B
Waist. Measure your natural waistline (above your belly button & below your rib cage). Find by bending slightly to the side.
C
Hips. Measure snuggly around the fullest part of your bottom. Remember to place your feet together before measuring.
