Not a great experience for my first buy with Hotter shoes. I ordered a size 9 which was too big so sent straight back with a note for a size 8. Without any communication I got a part refund they took the postage from my balance with no explanation 3 emails later with no reply I called them and they refund a bit more and no reasons for why a size 8 wasn’t sent out. Hopefully no one else gets the same treatment maybe a one off.

Womens Size Guide

Bust. Measure under your arms,
across the fullest part of your bust,
don't pull the measuring tape too tightly.
B
Waist. Measure your natural waistline (above your belly button & below your rib cage). Find by bending slightly to the side.
C
Hips. Measure snuggly around the fullest part of your bottom. Remember to place your feet together before measuring.
