Arrived promptly, but they were for my mother and she died before trying them on. She has about 10 prefipus pairs from Hotter.
I tried to return them, but was told that they have to go on the same card and the account has been frozen and will not accept a payment. Phoned head office, who were helpful bit they needed so much I fo and I am busy with other stuff related to the death. Not easy. Payments can be put on any card, bit they made it difficult. This is a shame as it is £55 I need back.

I don't live in the UK and have had to return home without sorting the refund. I will try again when I return in June, but am not optimistic about sorting the refund.
Make things essier Hotter.
Could do better with situations like this.

I am disappointed in Hotter as I purchased a pair of slippers on line over 2 weeks ago but they didn’t fit so I returned them immediately. Still no sign of the refund!

Which fitting is right for you?

Standard fit

This is the most common fitting within our collection. If you usually buy a standard fit when buying footwear, we recommend trying this fit, otherwise known as a ‘D’ fit for women and ‘F-G’ for men.

Wide fit

Our second biggest fitting, perfect for those who want a little more room in their shoes. This fitting is otherwise known as a ‘E-EE’ fit for women.

Extra Wide fit

This is the broadest of all our fittings, giving your feet extra room in your shoes to help you stay comfortable. This fitting is otherwise known as a ‘EEE’ fit for women.

Dual fit

This means the shoe will have a 2mm foam removable insole underneath its top insole, which when removed helps to offer a roomier fit.

There is no such thing as the perfect foot, but there might just be such a thing as the perfect fit.
