They are excellent shoes, and I wore my last pair for four years, most days of the week.
I just ordered them again, but had to return, as I have a problem now with my toes, and can't wear any shoes for the foreseeable future.
When My condition improves, I will order these shoes again - they are the best.

Look good but nowhere near as good quality or fit as the Tone shoes I have had for several years 😔the old ones were far more supple and comfortable from day one, these new ones are going to take a lot of breaking in 🤬

I ordered Tone 11 shoes which I had previously bought and found very good, but this time I received notification from the delivery firm that they had received the shoes and were going to deliver, then for some reason I believe they had been requested to return them to Hotter. I checked with Hotter and did have my money refunded but no explanation. I have been a long time customer of Hotter but am hesitant now as they were then out of stock!

Which fitting is right for you?

Standard fit

This is the most common fitting within our collection. If you usually buy a standard fit when buying footwear, we recommend trying this fit, otherwise known as a ‘D’ fit for women and ‘F-G’ for men.

Wide fit

Our second biggest fitting, perfect for those who want a little more room in their shoes. This fitting is otherwise known as a ‘E-EE’ fit for women.

Extra Wide fit

This is the broadest of all our fittings, giving your feet extra room in your shoes to help you stay comfortable. This fitting is otherwise known as a ‘EEE’ fit for women.

Dual fit

This means the shoe will have a 2mm foam removable insole underneath its top insole, which when removed helps to offer a roomier fit.

There is no such thing as the perfect foot, but there might just be such a thing as the perfect fit.
